Terms of DOA exchange

* User has to notify us within 7 days of stock reception. For items that were received more than 7 days, customers have to contact Philips Electronics HK for warranty issues.

* The item to be exchanged must be without any external damage, including scratches, exposure of metallic parts, trace of water hazard

* All free gifts have to be returned as well
