FAQ

1. Will you provide Tracking Code for my order?
Yes. Each order will be associated with a tracking code, and you can track the latest delivery status online.                                                                                               

2. If courier fails to deliver the order and return it to POP SHOP, what will happen?
The common reasons for delivery failure include wrong or incomplete address, or receiver is not reachable. The courier company will try her best to deliver the products, but in case delivery failure happens and the product is returned to POP SHOP we will email or call you and re-arrange a new delivery. For re-delivery to Hong Kong area, the cost will be HK$30.  
                   
                                         

 

3. Out of stock
POP SHOP will try our best to ensure stock availability. In case the product is out of stock after you place an order, webpage will show “out of stock” and record the model no. at “My wish list”. After there is sufficient stock for this model again, it will be shown on “My wish list”.        
                                                                            

4. Return Policy
POP SHOP is selling genuine goods by Philips Electronic HK Ltd, our customers are entitled with local warranty service with our invoice/receipt. While POP SHOP is providing exchange service for Death-On-Arrival items within 7 days of purchase. Customer can bring the item to our office for the exchange or post the item to us for exchange (POP SHOP will not take any liability in case there is loss of item during delivery). We will then arrange the delivery of the exchanged item (s) (Each item can be exchanged only once) 

 

5. Exchange arrangements

Within 7 days after purchase, please email us your invoice no. of the defect prodct to service@popshop.com.hk. After getting the confirmation from our service staff, you may post / bring the item to the following address within 3 days.
